In addition to the Hillsboro CBOC, this facility has three other community-based outpatient clinics to offer important services to area veterans in a convenient, closer-to-home location. However, to access these services, area veterans must first determine their eligibility by completing an application for VA benefits. Once patients verify they are eligible, they can seek services at the Hillsboro CBOC by appointment. Walk-in and emergency services are not available. Furthermore, patients are asked to ensure the smooth operation of the facility by reporting any appointment cancellation as soon as possible, giving the facility ample time to reschedule quickly and put another veteran into the vacated time slot.
