Klamath Falls Community-Based Outpatient Clinic
The Klamath Falls Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) offers patients in the Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics (SORCC) system high quality primary and preventative outpatient care in a smaller, convenient location for veterans. Located at 2819 Dahlia Street in Klamath Falls, Oregon, the Klamath CBOC can be reached by telephone at (541) 273-6206 or (541) 273-6205. The Klamath Falls CBOC is one of three smaller facilities that support the main SORCC facility in White City, Oregon. These additional facilities are both rural outreach clinics and located in Grants Pass and Lakeview, Oregon. With an outpatient service area that includes 40,000 veterans, these supporting clinics help ensure the SORCC continues to meet the needs of its veteran population. To access services of the Klamath Falls CBOC, main SORCC, area veterans must first determine their eligibility by completing an application for VA benefits. Once patients verify they are eligible, they can seek services at this clinic on an appointment basis. Walk-in and emergency services are not available. In addition, patients are asked to ensure the smooth operation of the facility by reporting any required appointment changes as soon as possible, giving the facility ample time to reschedule quickly and put another veteran into the vacated time slot.
