Mesothelioma Advocates

I am a mental health counselor/nutrition coach who has worked with both individuals and groups across a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. My unique interest and background in the field health psychology led me to my current role as a Victim Advocate with the Seeger Weiss and Newsome Melton law firms for MesotheliomaSymptoms.com. This is a role that I take pride in each day. Cancer is something very personal to me and my family, so I can empathize on many levels with the victims and families I serve. I have great respect for the fact that each person’s situation is unique. I take time to get to know each family’s situation in order to provide the best guidance and resources related to this disease. Mesothelioma is such a devastating disease and my hope is to help inform others impacted by asbestos exposure, raise awareness, and be a valuable resource to those affected by it.

I am a mental health counselor who has worked with a variety of populations in residential, inpatient and outpatient settings. I am someone who wants to be there for others in difficult times and getting to do so is at the very heart of who I am as a person. I want to not only provide a listening ear for those diagnosed with Mesothelioma but I also want to be a valuable resource. As I learn more about this disease, I understand how it is both difficult and overwhelming for individuals who have been diagnosed with this devastating cancer, and how it is equally as hard for the family members. I hope to be a strong advocate and supporter for both and do my best to help as much as possible.
